We are looking for Registered Nurses that are highly motivated team players that have excellent critical thinking skills!


Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care to a designated group of patients.

This 30 bed acuity adaptable critical care unit provides care for acute cardiology, heart failure, vascular surgery, cardiac and thoracic surgery, heart transplant, and mechanical circulatory support patients.


Nurses will be trained in a 9 month fellowship program following the orientation period.
This exciting opportunity will allow nurses to gain knowledge to be proficient and confident delivering quality care for high acuity patients.
Every nurse will be paired with a preceptor to help aid the education process with critical care education and clinical experts.
You should expect didactic learning, classroom lectures and preparation for the CCRN course.


Registered Nurse with license to practice professional nursing in the state of Pennsylvania required OR Registered Nurse from another state with a Temporary PA Practice Permit required.
6 months RN experience required.


Able to sit occasionally; stand constantly; walk frequently.
Able to lift/carry 0-10 lbs frequently; 11-50 lbs occasionally.
Able to push/pull 0-20 lbs frequently; 21-75 lbs occasionally.
Able to climb occasionally; reach constantly.
Able to use hand for simple/firm grasping.
