Location: US:PA:Hershey Work Type: Full Time FTE: 1.0 Shift: Day
Responsible to lead, expertly guide, and oversee the transplant coordinator staff consistent with clinical and regulatory requirements; provide daily oversight of all abdominal transplant coordinators as well as providing continual regulatory readiness for UNOS, CMS and JCAHO.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Master’s degree in Nursing required. Currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse by Pennsylvania Board of Nurse Examiners required. 3 years experience as a Solid Organ Transplant Coordinator required. CCTC required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES: Good computer skills including clinical applications, Word, Excel, Cerner and OTTR required. Good communication skills required.
