JOB SUMMARY:
The Clinical Practice Nurse Leader, RN will be responsible to function as a member of a multi-disciplinary, unit based team to provide nursing expertise for a defined microsystem. Lead quality care initiatives to improve patient outcomes and patient safety. Collaborate in staff and patient education activities. Act as the clinical expert for this unit.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Masters Degree in Nursing required
5 years of clinical experience in area of expertise
Currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse by Pennsylvania Board of Nurse Examiners required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

Excellent collaboration and consultation skills required
Must be familiar with process redesign
Excellent communication and teamwork skills required
