Location: US:PA:Harrisburg
Work Type: Full Time
FTE: 80 hours every two weeks
Shift: Day shift Mondays-Fridays. No weekends or holidays

This position is located in Harrisburg,PA at a call center


Responsible for handling phone calls from the patients who are seeking medical information and/or medical attention. Undertake assessment of their health needs, with the aid of decision support software and give advice as appropriate in compliance with appropriate protocols. Schedule appointments (as the patient’s condition requires), answer questions, and provide health education as required.


Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Master’s Degree in Nursing required.
Currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse by the Pennsylvania Board of Nurse Examiners required.
3 years of experience as a registered nurse in the inpatient or ambulatory care setting required.

Strong written and oral communication skills required.

Variety of strong clinical nursing experience and/or ED/critical care experience, including pediatrics.
Phone triage experience.
