Summary: The Cardiovascular Circulating Nurse (CVOR RN) is responsible for all aspects of the direct and indirect care of patients undergoing Cardiac Surgical procedures including TAVR and CABG procedures. The CVOR RN performs circulating duties while demonstrating a high level of skill, efficiency, and the surgical consciousness required within this highly specialized Cardiac surgical environment. The nurse must function in accordance with the AORN Guidelines for Perioperative Practice. The nurse must also be team driven and work well with others.

Other information:
Education:
– Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
-CNOR Preferred

Experience:
2+ years’ experience in an acute hospital OR environment
Must live within a 30 minute radius of the hospital for on-call requirements

License/Certification:
– Active PA RN license.
– BLS required.
