JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for coordinating the timely, efficient and effective movement of patients into, through and out of patient care systems. Serves in management and supervisory capacities as a role model, manager, consultant, collaborator, educator, and clinician. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s degree in nursing or equivalent with 2-3 years of experience. License to practice as a registered nurse in Pennsylvania.
